Mr. Perez transitioned to Solara Specialty Hospitals Brownsville to receive continued care for an infection in his neck. Before this infection, Mr. Perez was independent. However, the severity of this infection left Mr. Perez debilitated. He required assistance from our team for his mobility needs.
Despite these challenges, Mr. Perez was motivated to return home to his family for the holiday season. Thanks to the combined dedication from Mr. Perez and our team, Mr. Perez accomplished this goal!
